Whiskies on the table

Guided by Graham Wright

  • Sprinkbank 10 Year Old
  • Sprinkbank 15 Year Old
  • Sprinkbank Longrow 100 Proof Pinot Noir Cask
  • Sprinkbank Hazelburn Olorosso Cask Matured
  • Sprinkbank 1999 Local Barley 16 Year Old

From the maritime brightness of Springbank 10 to the depth of Local Barley 16, to the muscular intensity of Longrow 100 Proof, this is Campbeltown in full voice.

A Whisky Worth Hunting

Springbank isn’t a whisky you stumble across — it’s one whisky drinkers quietly hunt for.

From its home in Campbeltown, once known as the whisky capital of the world, Springbank produces whisky the slow, traditional way — in deliberately limited quantities.

Releases are tightly allocated and often sold out long before they reach the shelf.

Often described as the single malt of single malts, Springbank remains fiercely traditional — floor malting its own barley, running direct-fired stills, and completing every stage of production entirely on site.

The result is a whisky style that is rich, savoury, maritime and unmistakably Springbank.

The Food — OMADA

Joining us for the evening is OMADA Bar & Grill, Leigh Street’s newest hotspot. Executive Chef Andy Ferrara will serve vibrant Greek-inspired share plates, designed to sit beautifully alongside these remarkable whiskies.

Seats are strictly limited.

Our last whisky dinner sold out in just four days, so we recommend securing your place early.
